After years of providing counseling and psychotherapy services it is clear to me that while my clients are seeking help for a whole host of reasons, including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, substance abuse, eating disorders, couples and marital problems, and a number of other issues with which they are struggling, behind each of these self-identified issues, everyone is essentially saying the same thing: "I'm not happy, I want to be, but I don't know what to do." All things considered, life is very short. It is my belief that my work with others is about helplng them identify what they are willing and able to change in order to have happier and more meaningful lives.

As a cognitive behavioral solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life for which you are grateful and in which you are an active participant. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand how your past is being reflected in your present life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
